Stephen Parent, Program Director

Originally from Canada, Steph has been based in Tokyo since 2002 and brings experience from a range of industries such as banking, education, publishing, consulting, and NGOs.

Steph believes that to achieve the impossible, organizations must unleash the potential of their people to innovate and transform in a sustainable way. ‘Knowing’ is not enough – true leadership closes the knowing-doing gap to take action and deliver successful results. Steph designs and delivers programs that move people and organizations from ‘thinking and talking’ to taking real, concrete action.

He holds a Bachelor in ESL from the University of Ottawa, Intercultural Readiness Certification Training (IRC) and a graduate degree from the Silicon Valley Technology Entrepreneurship & Innovation Program (TVLP Institute).
